grandma brought home some hats that are worn in the operating room. we've all taken turns wearing them so alaythia is used to them by the time her surgery comes around. one afternoon they were playing doctor. alaythia was the doctor first, then isaiah was performing surgery on her eye...can you tell what we talk about around here?

how cool to have a grandma who works in surgery! great idea to have them "practice."
What a great idea! I remember Jamey's surgery when he was 3, wearing that blue hat and walking away holding the back of his gown together. Seemed easy for him but hard on mom for sure. Alaythia will do great! (And so will you!)
That is such an awesome idea! I love how our boys act out whatever we have been talking about. When it comes to playing doctor I peeked in on Max cutting a baby out of Caden the other day...I guess that one has stuck because we talked about it for so long.
